Medication statement
A medication certificate is proof that your doctor has prescribed the medication. It's a travel document. It allows you to take the medication with you to another country.
You must pay the cost of the document (€15.93 per 5 minutes). Your health insurer will not reimburse these costs.

A medication overview is a list of all the medications you take. You can request this list or view it online for FREE . This overview is important. You must share this overview with healthcare providers, such as your treating specialist or the hospital.
Order medicine
Reordering a medication is easy. You can order your medication in several ways:
You can also order a repeat prescription online . The data is secure, so you'll need your DigiD. Press the red button. Enter your DigiD information. You can then order your medication.
Order by phone at 0475-566 799 (option 2). The prescription line is open 24/7. Don't forget to include your name and date of birth.
