You can visit the Maasgouw Social Neighborhood Team every Thursday afternoon at our general practice.

Sometimes you're struggling with something and don't know where to start. A question, a worry, something that's been on your mind for a while or something that's only just come up. Come to us with your concerns. The Social Neighborhood team will listen, think along with you, and help you in a way that suits you. Together, we'll find solutions that can be integrated into your daily life. You are welcome just as you are – and our help is always free.
