Social Neighborhood Team now also at our practice every Thursday
Sometimes you encounter questions or problems in your daily life. For example, regarding health, finances, informal care, loneliness, housing, parenting, or arranging help. You don't have to deal with this alone.
Therefore, the Social Neighbourhood Team of the Municipality of Maasgouw holds office hours every Thursday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at our practice. During these hours, you can talk with a member of the neighbourhood team in a familiar environment. Together, you will look at what is needed and what support is possible.
The Social Neighbourhood Team helps residents of Maasgouw with questions about, among other things:
health and well-being;
money and income;
living independently at home;
informal care;
social contacts and loneliness;
raising and growing up;
day activities and support.
The help is free and without obligation. You decide for yourself what you want help with and what steps you want to take.
The consultation hour is intended for our patients living in the Municipality of Maasgouw. An appointment can be scheduled by clicking here .
In addition, the Social Neighbourhood Team organizes a walk-in consultation hour every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Social Community Centre De Spil, Suikerdoossingel 49 in Maasbracht.
